RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return the product to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error. Any item returned after 30 days from delivery. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received the refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.

Sale or Discounted Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infloglamourinbox@gmail.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase or if the person who gave you the gift received the order to later deliver it to you, the refund will be sent to that person, and they will be informed about the return of the gift.

Shipping costs associated with the return of the item are your responsibility and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the returned product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item with a value over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
